KEZAD East Port Said is a planned 20 km2 industrial and logistics zone in Egypt, developed under a long-term partnership between AD Ports Group and the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone, SCZONE.
Located close to East Port Said Port and the Suez Canal, the zone brings industrial land, logistics facilities and mixed-use support functions into one phased development. It gives manufacturers a practical base to produce, export and re-export with fewer steps between the factory, the port and the shipping lane.
Phase 1 covers 3.8 km2 and will focus on industrial anchors, flexible land plots, logistics uses and built-up space for SMEs.
